Our Company currently serves orders only within Greece. To place an order, you will be asked to follow the checkout process through My Cart by clicking on the Proceed to Checkout button. Once you have completed all the necessary fields continue by selecting Place Order. To complete your order, you will need to select your payment method.   

Payment can be made: 

• Using any credit, debit and prepaid card, through the Viva Wallet secure transaction system, without incurring any interchange fee from any bank that issued your card. Your card details are not stored by our company, but are entered directly into the secure environment of the partner bank. 

• By Bank Deposit. For your order to be successfully completed and shipped, you must send us the proof of deposit at cores.handmade@gmail.com, indicating your order number. You will be notified of the deposit account number by email, once we receive your order. 

We do not currently support a cash on delivery service for the payment of your orders. 

When you complete your order, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming receipt of your order (“Order Receipt Confirmation“) (“Received“). Your order will remain pending until payment is confirmed. When payment is confirmed, its status will change to Processed. If payment is not confirmed its status will change to Cancelled. 

All orders for ready-to-deliver products are sent to the courier company (Shipped) within 2 days from the confirmation of payment. You calculate from the date of dispatch to the courier company an average time of 1-7 days for delivery to the place you have chosen.   

For orders for products that are not ready to deliver (for those products where this is applicable), please allow an additional 7 days for us to send them to the courier company. 

In any case, we will make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered to you as soon as possible, even earlier than the scheduled time limits. 

For every change in the status of your order, you will receive a relevant informative email from us. The status of an order can be Received (we have received your order), Processed (the payment of your order has been confirmed), Shipped (your order has been sent by us to the Courier company) or Cancelled (your order has been cancelled). When the order is sent (Shipped), you will receive the tracking number of your package and the URL where you will be able to trace at any time what shipping status it is in.   

During the placement of your order, as well as if you choose to create an account on our website (MyAccount), you are fully responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information provided.  You assume sole responsibility to ensure that the submitted content -elements come from an adult and not a minor audience. Therefore, you expressly agree to release the Company from any liability in this regard. You hereby declare your mobile phone number(s) and exclusive owner(s) of your mobile phone number(s) and e-mail address(es), both of which are real and under your full and exclusive control. You are similarly responsible for ensuring that your password and username are kept secret, safe and secure always. As such, the Company shall not be liable for any loss to you from any third-party access to the above. 

If the Company reasonably believes that the submitted data are not identified or do not correspond to a natural person and are in any way misused, (the Company) reserves the right, without notice, to consider your request invalid, to cancel your order, and not to proceed with further communication.   

The Company will not be liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of using incorrect or misleading information submitted. However, you may be held liable for losses suffered by the Company or another party as a result of the above mentioned action. If messages sent to an email address you have provided to us are returned as undeliverable or the submitted email address is incorrect, the Company shall have no liability to you or any third party for failure to send orders that you have requested.   

Product Availability

The availability of products through the Company’s Website may be modified from time to time. All orders of products are subject to their availability. For those products that are not ready for delivery, there is a relevant indication on our website when you select a product size or colour to add to the basket (indication Available on back-order), as well as when you complete your order (Place order).
